Suprisingly functional

Afternoon smoke break.

Monkey: "It's all because I was raised by nerd-wolves."

Me: "It could be worse. You could have been raised by crazy alcoholic wolves."

Monkey: "That's true."

After a moments thought I said, "No, that's not fair, I've met your family"

Monkey: "You know, you're right. Actually, all things considered, we're surprisingly functional. We should have that printed on business cards, our names with, Surprisingly Functional."

More garden photos

I was out in the garden yesterday and caught some wildlife with the camera. There were a lot of Monarch butterflies and Goldfinches around. The finches are very shy, so this is the best I could do. I'm going to have to either try harder or get a better camera.
